Past Exhibitions
At the beginning of the Twentieth Century, collaboration with avant-garde Austrian artists defined the path the company would follow. Today it is collaboration with internationally known artists, architects and designers, such as Zaha Hadid, Erwin Wurm, Wolfgang Joop, and Thomas Bastide, that shapes the extraordinary and diverse product range of Wiener Silber.
The products are made of an alloy recently developed and processed exclusively for the Wiener Silber Manufactur, which has a 940⁄000 silver content and is more valuable than sterling silver. The higher proportion of silver is an indication of both the maximum material worth of the silverware and its greater resistance to tarnishing.
The entire collection, cutlery sets, tableware, tea sets, candlesticks, and above all, the custom items, are all meticulously handcrafted in Vienna. Exclusive design, the methods of the traditional silversmiths’ art, and very high-quality silver guarantee peerless high-end products, extraordinary objects for those who value true exclusivity.
