From the collaboration of Ludwig Lobmeyr with Thomas A. Edison this prototype resulted. It is the world’s first representative chandelier making use of electrical light bulbs.
As a technical prerequisite this design is first presents hanging light bulbs which resulted in a whole new style of chandeliers.
The frame of the chandelier is made of brass in the elaborate kings gold finish. The crystal parts are made from lead-free crystal and highly cut and polished by our master cutters.
This item marks the high point of a very prosperous and creative phase in our company history.
